Welcome to Dhunami. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website at dhunami.ghost.io and related pages, memberships, content, and the Dhuni Shop (together, the "Site").

By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site

Dhunami offers spiritual teaching, writings, media, membership access, and related products. Content is for personal, non-commercial use unless we say otherwise.

The Site may change, and features (including memberships or shop items) may be added, updated, or removed.

Accounts and memberships

Some areas, including the Dhuni Shop, require you to sign in or hold a paid membership.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your sign-in details confidential.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase, or have a parent or guardian's permission where applicable.
• We may suspend or close an account if these Terms are violated or if needed to protect the Site or other users.

Paid memberships and digital access are billed through our payment provider. Fees, billing periods, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout or in your account. Unless required by law, membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

Dhuni Shop

Shop items (physical or digital) are offered as described on their pages. Prices, availability, and shipping details may change. We may refuse or cancel an order if there is an error, suspected fraud, or a fulfillment problem, and will notify you if we do.

Title and risk for physical goods pass to you when the item is delivered to the carrier, unless the law says otherwise.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site in any unlawful way; copy, scrape, or redistribute Site content except as allowed by these Terms or by law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, the shop, or our systems; interfere with the Site or other users; misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Intellectual property

Site text, images, audio, video, logos, and other materials are owned by Dhunami or our licensors. You may view them for personal use. You may not reproduce or sell them without our prior written permission.

Spiritual and educational content

Teachings, practices (including the HU), and related materials are offered for spiritual and educational purposes. They are not medical, psychological, or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for professional care. Individual results vary. You are responsible for your own practice and well-being.

Disclaimer

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MEMBERSHIPS, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DHUNAMI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DHUNAMI AND ITS TEACHERS, STAFF, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR TEN U.S. DOLLARS ($10) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

SOME PLACES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Dhunami harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Third-party services

The Site may use or link to third-party services (for example payment processing, email, or hosting). Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
